Thanks for confirming receipt of the returned cartridges and the offer of credit against my next order.
Maybe I shouldn't say this because it really is 'looking a gift horse in the mouth' as the saying goes, but I expected to have a handling charge deducted to cover your time at the very least. After all, there was no error on your part whatsoever and you would be perfectly justified in applying a charge or even refusing the return.

Just a quick note to say thank you for such a prompt delivery. I was expecting to receive the inks from Thursday onwards and received them today, just in time for the printing of my daughters project - she will be able to turn it in on time now!

Bought these as I was becoming fed up with the high cost of genuine Canon Inks. So far I have not been disappointed, the colours are rich and true to the images on my computer screen. I always use the option of letting the printer decide the colours, rather than Photoshop.

I ordered inks for my Canon printer one day, I expected three to four days, but they came the next day. I didn't need them immediately, so I have waited until I installed them before doing this review. Absolutely perfect, a great saving on manufacturers inks and excellent service. I placed an order with you for some inkjets at 1445 on the 22/12/09 and received them at 1300 on the 23/12/09 not even a day,plus it is xmas week the busiest time for the post office and post men, and all this cold frosty snowy weather where people are finding difficult to travel.
