I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. This may include passing your details to my vendors for them to send your order to you, and also passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel. I will not pass your details onto 3rd parties for the purpose marketing!

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing me at any time (Contact details can be found on the left hand Contact menu). If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internal security policy and the law.

I may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening but this will cause some areas of our website to stop operating correctly. Credit or Debit Card Details

We use the well known and well trusted third party PayPal payment gateway. I will not ask for your card details nor will we receive or store your card details. All such details are protected by PayPal's SSL/128 bit encryption.

Unsolicited Commercial Email / Spam

I do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) and any emails that are sent will only be sent after receiving your express permission and will contaion clear and simple Opt-Out instructions.
